By accessing and using Build Desk ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Build Desk provides cloud-based ERP software for project operations, staff management, inventory, sales, CRM, accounting, and reporting.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 15-day free trial. After trial expiry, continued access requires an active subscription.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Annual ERP Plan is billed at ₹50,000 per year. Payments are processed manually or via approved payment methods.

5. Data and Privacy
